Mango Sorbert
Ingredients
* 3 cups of sugar
* 3 cups of water
* 4 ripe mangoes
* 3 tbsp of freshly squeezed lime juice
Method
Heat the sugar and water and bring to boil. Let the mixture cool.
Peel the skin of mangoes and cut out the flesh and place all the mango flesh inside a blender.
Add 1 cup of of the cooled sugar and water mixture and lime juice into the blender and blend until the mixture turns into a smooth puree.
Freeze the puree in an ice cream maker.
Freeze again until frozen hard.
