For woman who experience constipation after child delivery, you may wish to try the spinach and tofu soup.

Ingredient
* Spinach 100g
* Smooth tofu (beancurd) 100g
* Some slices of ginger and soup base

Method
Wash and cut the spinach. Put into boiling water and boil for few minutes. Drain well and set aside.

In a pan, add some cooking oil and stir fry the ginger then add tofu.

Pour in soup base and add the cooked spinach and some salt to taste.

Consume while hot and can be taken 2 times per day.
