Tofu with Fish Maw
Ingredient
* 1 box of tofu
* 100gm fish maw
* 4 slices red carrot
* 4 sweet pea
* 1 tsp fish seasoning powder
* 1 spring onion (cut into portions)
* 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
* 300g chicken stock
* some tapioca flour (thicken)
Seasoning
* 1 tsp oyster sauce
* 20g chicken seasoning powder
* 10g white sugar
* some sesame oil and Hua Diao wine
Method
Cut the tofu into 8 pieces, deep fry till golden brown, set aside.
Soak the fish maw for about 2 mins till soft, set aside.
Heat up oil, stir-fry garlic till fragrant and add in chicken stock with the fish seasoning power.
Add in all other ingredients, braise for 2 mins.
Add in seasoning and thicken the sauce with some tapioca flour and ready to serve.
